That's a WRAP!

efficiency + understanding + speed

Saturday, May 4th

11:00 am - 1:30 pm

7/7 working spots available

unlimited audit spots

Wraps can be a challenge! The presentation of a wrap on course can raise many questions for exhibitors.   Which way should the dog turn and which path is the fastest and best for the dog?  Lastly, what is the best way to let the dog know in advance of taking the jump, that he will be turning and not continuing on his current line?  As participants walk and run sequences, they will become pros at determining the best solutions for their particular dog!

**Dogs should be able to successfully complete a few jumps and tunnels and have a concept of working for reinforcement**

Take the next step toward unleashing your potential in the world of Agility!

**Open to any and all dogs of any age

dogs should have basic skills such as recall, hand target, cookie toss, etc

Sport Dog Foundation Workshop highly encouraged**

We will be covering the foundations of teaching the jump - "the jump" as it refers to an obstacle, the dogs will not actually be jumping any height (unless appropriate). We will include skills such as obstacle commitment and value for the jump. Teams will also be introduced to flatwork and handling concepts for the sport of agility. This is a great workshop for young dogs just getting started, or even for dogs who might be disconnected and need to go back to the basics.
